Shipping
Shipping available to Australian addresses only.
FREE SHIPPING
Available to addresses with a 4350 or 4352 Australian postcode.
$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Available for all other addresses within Australia.
All orders are sent via Australia Post’s Regular Service, dispatched the following business day and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you place more than one order in the same business day I am happy to combine postage. I am unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. Please double check your email address and delivery address before placing your order. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your order by:
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing bank details for you to make payment to. Your order will only be processed and despatched AFTER your payment has been received in my bank account.
PAYPAL
Your payment will be processed through PayPal. You may also make a card payment if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to make a return please first email hello@carlywalkerdesign.com with your order number and reason for wanting to return your purchase.
Unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a refund within 14 days of order receipt. Returns must be sent by Australia Post at the Customer’s expense to:

I cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost.
Any custom pieces are final sale, and cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
Any personal details supplied to Carly Walker Design will be kept in my own administration and will never be given to third parties, unless you have given permission to do so.
